    • Chethan K C a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication is the promoter of the company and  has more than 15+ years of experience in e-governance services, Market Research and Analytics. He has over a decade of professional experience in structuring and executing projects in IT, Outsourcing, E-Commerce, etc. He is a technology strategist, administrator and mentor involved in spreading computer education to the rural masses by setting up Mobile training centers in rural schools across Malnad Region through innovative programs. Happens to be a GURU of  E-Governance across the country and is the man behind the implementation of “Nemmadi” a CSC initiative of Govt. Of Karnataka.
    • Raghavendra H S a PG in Management with bachelor’s degree in engineering is the CEO of the company making the Vision of OPEL Consulting True. Has over one and half decade of professional experience in Channel Management  of Commodity viz., Bottled Water, Cement, Packed Sugar; Franchise Management – Support Education; Human Resource Management – Permanent and Contract Staffing Solutions, Recruitment Process Outsourcing ; Services Management – Setting up ODC’s, Structuring and Executing projects in IT, Outsourcing, E-Commerce ;Involved in supporting and spreading education in the rural areas ; Adept at building high performance teams
    • Kailash Shivanagia Bachelor in Science professional with highest business ethics and operational acumen is the Head of Operations and is a perfect executioner. Has over two decades of professional experience in e-governance and field services and has been involved in prestigious projects like CSC, ESIC, UID, NPR, SECC etc.

    Dr.N. SIVANNA:

    An, adjunct professor, Ramakrishna Hegde Chair & Centre for Governanceand Development Institute for Social and Economic Change, Nagarabhavi, Bangalore who has immense experience and specialization in  Decentralisation, Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Urban Governance and Institutional Studies is a guiding force for OPEL in Rural Development Research Initiatives.
    He happens to be a Life Member of ISEC Society, ISEC, Bangalore and All India Political Science  Association and holds membership in  Governing Body of Indian Social Institute, Bangalore and in Advisory Council of  Sri Abdul Nazir Sab Chair, CMDR, Dharwad

    Mr. Ajender Singh Chawla

    A Program Management Consultant holding a management degree in Rural Management from IRMA who is currently working closely with Azim Premji Foundation providing program level leadership to Livelihood and Education initiatives in the state of Uttarakhand. He has also immense experience in various assessments assignments and has worked with GIZ/NABARD, Sri Ratan Tata Trust etc. He is a guiding force for OPEL in Rural Market Research activities and consults in Assessment Initiatives.

    Dr. Basavarajappa K P

    Dr. KP.Basavaraj is a member of Karnataka Knowledge Commission and a Former Research Fellow at IIM-Bangalore, he obtained Science Bachelor Degree, PG in Economics, Diploma in Management and PhD in E-Governance Initiatives in India.
     Dr. Basavaraj’s research interests are- Business Re-engineering, Process Re-engineering for Government system, E-Governance, Technology & Public Policy. Since 25 years he has been involved in several consulting and research assignment at IIM-B. Few worth mentioning assignments are- “Technology Priorities for India”, “Technology assessment study for ISRO”,  “Patents, Technical Change Competition and Strategy”, “Application of Business Re-engineering model in public system.

    Ms. MeenaKumari    M.Sc., M.Phil.

    A CBSE Certified Consultant who does Academic Hand Holding & Audit, CBSE Affiliation Process. She has served as Executive Director of Knowledge Incorporation, Member of Karnataka State Resource Group for TESS India – a teacher empowerment initiative, Academic Consultant for The British Council working on projects through DSERT, Govt. of Karnataka and Rendering honorary services to organizations and reaching out to various teachers and students.
